Our company offers nationwide delivery within Thailand, primarily via the private courier Best Express, to ensure fast service and safe delivery to your door. We provide two main shipping formats, which can be selected based on the nature of the plants and customer preference.
Shipping Formats
 • Glass‑Jar ShipmentBest for plantlets that remain in aseptic, in‑vitro conditions. You will receive the plants in glass jars so you can continue the nursery/acclimatization process on your own. Please note: this format does not include a damage guarantee in cases where glass jars are broken during transit.
 • Pouch‑Package ShipmentSuitable for plantlets that have completed initial nursery/acclimatization and are reasonably robust. Shipments in this format include our company’s damage guarantee.
We will inform you of the shipping details and the chosen format in advance for every order.

What is the product claim policy?

Product Claim Policy (for Tissue Culture Plantlets)
To ensure mutual understanding and confidence when ordering, please review our detailed product claim policy below.
Inspection & Claim Window
 • Please inspect your parcel immediately upon receipt and notify our staff within 2 days of the delivery date shown in the carrier’s system.
Eligibility for Claims
We will consider claims only in the following cases:
1. Damage during transit
    • Glass/jar or other plantlet container is broken.
    • Gel medium inside the jar is shattered/disintegrated, causing plantlets to detach from the gel.
2. Product issues attributable to our company
    • Plantlets are clearly rotten or dead at the time of unboxing.
    • Plants are severely broken/damaged.
How to File a Claim
1. Record an unboxing video
    • Important: You must record a continuous video from the moment you cut the tape to open the parcel through to the inspection of all items inside.
    • The video must be clear, with no cuts/edits and no pauses.
    • Without clear video evidence that meets these conditions, we reserve the right to reject all claims.
2. Contact our staff
    • Please contact us via the same channel through which you placed the order, during business hours, and describe the issue.
    • Send the unboxing video (Step 1), photos of the damaged items, and your full name and order/reservation number.
3. Review & Confirmation
    • Our staff will review the evidence and details provided to assess and confirm the claim.
    • Once approved, we will contact you to proceed with the next steps.
4. Replacement Shipment
    • We will ship replacement items for the damaged goods within 7 business days after your claim is approved.
    • If the original item must be returned, our staff will provide instructions case by case.
Exclusions & Non‑Eligible Cases
 • No Refund Policy: We provide replacement shipments only. Refunds are not available in any circumstances.
 • No liability after planting: We are not responsible for any damage after plantlets are removed from the jar/container for planting, as such outcomes are beyond our control and depend primarily on the customer’s environment and nursery/hardening methods.
 • Failure to report within the specified period (within 2 days of receipt).
 • No video evidence or video evidence not meeting the requirements above.
