Payment Terms

1. Deposit
Deposit is due upon order confirmation. Standard deposit: not less than 50% (or as stated in the quotation/production order).
2. Balance
The remaining balance is due once shipping documents are prepared and must be paid before dispatch.
3. Payment Methods
· Bank transfer: [Bank name / Account No. / Account name]
· Other methods (if any): [Card/PayPal/credit terms]
4. Currency & Exchange Rate
If a foreign currency is used, the payable amount follows the exchange rate on the actual payment date.
5. Late Payments
Late payments may postpone delivery or suspend shipment until full payment is received.
6. Receipts/Tax Invoices
We issue receipts/tax invoices based on the details provided by the Buyer. Please verify details before confirmation.
