1. Service Coverage

• Domestic Thailand: nationwide delivery

• International: subject to legal allowances and destination import requirements

2. Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders ship after full payment and completion of required documents.

• Transit time depends on carrier schedules, flights, customs, and destination-side procedures.

3. Packaging

We package appropriately for product type and route. For international shipments, air-cargo standard packing and protective materials may be applied as needed.

4. Flat Rate Shipping (International, if offered)

• May include: main air freight + packing + exporter-side handling/documents (as per quotation)

• Excludes: import taxes (VAT/GST), destination fees, brokerage/clearance, storage, inspections, and other destination charges (borne by consignee/Buyer)

5. Import Permits & Destination Requirements

Buyer/consignee must check destination laws and requirements. If an Import Permit or specific document is required, Buyer must provide it before shipment.

6. Shipping Risks

After handover to the carrier, delays/damage may occur in transit. We recommend suitable packing and shipping options but cannot fully control carrier/authority processes.
